Before ImagineX, Ric worked in promotions and management for some of the largest festivals in the United States. Upon leaving the corporate world, he dove into entrepreneurship to revolutionize the events industry with inspiring experiences while also providing stellar staffing management. Ric has been certified from the Academy of Coaching Excellence, is a Certified Meeting Planner, and has obtained his MBA with an emphasis on leadership.
