Chris “Broadway” Romero

Chris “Broadway” Romero has built up a reputation for over 20 year as the go-to guy for animation in the Hip-Hop digital space. Having worked as part of a core art team for a large gaming company back in the 90s, he acquired skills that would later come in handy.

Broadway made the transition into the music industry with Big Pun’s “How We Roll,” an animated music video, the first in a series of innovative animated music videos that blazed a trail in performance and motion capture that have resulted in hundreds of millions of views.

He went on to work for 50 Cent as his creative and digital director and racked up accolades by directing and producing live action and animated award winning music videos, helping create huge hit records, and building the most successful celebrity based social network, the highly successful website thisis50.com

Broadway is responsible for directing and producing full animation productions with his virtual team.  "We do it all from script to screen, from pencil to pixel," says Broadway, who holds a degree in Imaging and Digital Art from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, which he attended on a full University Scholarship and graduated Cum Laude. With a well-rounded background, Broadway combines his unique knowledge of animation, gaming, the internet, and the music business that once got him nominated for Billboard’s 30 under 30 in the music business.

Broadway has recently come full circle back to 3D animation and storytelling.  He recently teamed up with Kevin Hart and LOL! Studios to create "Confessions from the Hart," an animated special featuring hilarious stories told by Kevin, immortalized in Broadway's unique 3D animation style.
