You’re Invited!

Join us on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, as we showcase the creative work of our local youth in partnership with The Village SF, a community organization based in the Western Addition.

Kicking off the event is an exclusive screening at The Little Roxie Theater from 4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to celebrate the culmination of our WeXL Boundless Self-discovery Filmmaking. Witness a heart-warming presentation of stories crafted with our 5 to 11-year-olds during the five-week program. Ask the kids, “What was their motivation?” And get ready for the answer.

Following the screening, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., we welcome you around the corner from The Roxie at 518 Valencia for an engaging panel talk with innovative local creators, discussing "The Future of Film & Media." This event, in partnership with the Bay Area Film Mixer, includes a VIP happy hour open bar (beer and wine) and provides an exciting opportunity to network and delve into meaningful dialogue about the industry's future.

Proceeds from this event will directly support WeXL's youth programs, fueling the dreams and potential of the next generation.
