Andra Vaduva is a Forbes 30 Under 30 with a life mission to build and spread empathy with AI and beyond. She is the Founder of Hiboo, an emotion AI and empathy-driven solution that reduces exclusion, anxiety, and depression for women and minorities in the workplace. Their mission is to change the future of work through empathy-centric solutions. She also runs Empathy Global, which started as a consulting platform to help women founders scale their business with applied empathy and data, and quickly morphed into a lab for all things Empathy-driven.

Andra is the former Head of Growth / Founding Member at various NYC tech startups. In her decade of experience in product marketing as an immigrant, she faced the lack of empathy in tech and in the workplace which was the catalyst for her to build a company that will equalize opportunities for all women and minorities at work.
