Why is storytelling so powerful?

  • Storytelling helps you be memorable. Facts are approximately 22 times more likely to be remembered if they are part of a story. (Actual Minds, Possible Worlds)

  • Storytelling inspires people to like you. According to research by Dr. Robert Cialdini, people prefer to say yes to those they relate to with 18% better results for both parties: a win-win.

  • Storytelling communicates your purpose. Successfully communicating your company values can increase profit performance 750 times than those who don’t . (Corporate Culture and Performance)
