Danielle Sierra
Boundless Program Co-founder
Danielle Sierra recently earned a Master's in Educational Leadership at Harvard University and a Waldorf Teacher Certification at the Sunbridge Institute. Before this, she taught public prep schools in the Bronx for five years after completing a Master's in Inclusive Education at Columbia University. As a veteran actor and theater teacher with a Fine Arts degree from New York University, Danielle developed plays and created courses in performance, playwriting, and music for elementary students across the country. These experiences, which have allowed her to be flexible with lesson plans and strengthen relationships with her students based on empathy, are an asset in her career as an educator. Recognizing the lack of arts and identity-based learning within the classroom, she co-founded WeXL’s Boundless program as she is determined to work with families, schools, and companies to provide accessible and safe spaces to feel boundless in self-expression and discovery! She currently lives in New York with her wife and their toddler daughter.
