OUR PROGRAM
Boundless Youth
A Remote After-school Program that Teaches Kids Self-Discovery through Filmmaking
Boundless Youth is a remote learning after-school program that teaches students the power of their stories through the filmmaking process.
Our first Boundless Youth program taught 25 fourth-graders at the All-Girls Prep Bronx Academy. During the course of 8 weeks, the students learned from media and entertainment professionals. At the end of the program, 15 girls screened their movies during an online film festival.
WeXL created Boundless Youth in collaboration with teacher Danielle Sacks Sierra, PlayersTV executive Reynaud Jefferson, and WNBA Player Monique Billings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns that caused school closings and reduced instruction hours.
We’re looking for more schools that are interested in this program. Please fill out the form below to submit your school for consideration.

#Creators4BIPOC at Streamlabs Logitech
Logitech awarded WeXL the #Creators4BIPOC grant for two years in a row. Through this initiative, Logitech aims to help address barriers disproportionately faced by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) creators. Logitech encourages its community to celebrate BIPOC creators, amplify underrepresented voices, and champion change through conversations on creative ownership and equality.
